Thunder limping into playoffs

For the first time this season the Thunder have lost 3 games in a row. 

Although still firmly in 1st place, Stratford can still overtake the Thunder with a few games to go in the 2024 season.

Stratford helped their cause on Friday night defeating the shorthanded Thunder 7-4 in a very entertaining tilt. Stratford came out flying in the fist and opened up a 4-0 lead. Over the course of the next period and a half the Thunder battled back to get within one at 5-4 but a short handed back breaker sealed the deal.

With 6 players out with various levels of injuries the last few game have been a struggle. But if the rumour mill is correct, we should see some healed fresh bodies back very soon.
